Why
Each training certificate offered in this program is meant to address a specific gap between education and professional practice. There are known gaps between the skills and subject matter taught in high school and university classes and what is expected to be known from people entering the workforce, even as an intern.
The certificate course curriculum was designed to fill the most common knowledge gaps and experience desired from applicants to internship and junior-developer positions in most companies. More certificates will be offered as the program grows. Each certificate offered under this program is a self-contained unit. The certificates do not need to be taken in order. All of the certificates do not need to earned in order to gain value from this program.
-----
1.) We will accept older students, such as graduate students, provided they have 9 or fewer months of non-school/university work experience.
2.) Courses are usually held on Saturdays. Some sites may choose to run them on different days. Check course descriptions for details.
